About the Artist:

This week I met Sean Joy Cabanig, she is from Los Angeles but she is currently living in Long beach. She is in the BFA Metals program and is on her fifth year and is an undergrad. She loves cats. When is first applied to CSULB she majored in creative writing and she also paint little things on her free time. You will find her in the studio experimenting with her art work. She likes to work on her art and keep herself busy.

Formal Analysis:

In her art work she created many wonder things made out of different metals. She created a necklaces which it looked smooth but it had a bit of holes but it was a beautiful piece. She made a brownish out of metal which had a diamond shape in the center, and around the diamond it had a shape of a flower. You can tell she had very created ideas to make these wonderful pieces of art.

Content Analysis:

You in her artwork she showed that she put a lot of her hard work. She was inspired by the environment when she was creating her art work. She also was inspired by her emotion, humor, about art history, and any random thought that can into her mind.

Synthesis/My Experience:

Her Art work was unique I like how she explained the process of making her art work. Also  how she used her emotions when she creating her wonderful pieces of art. I enjoyed looking at the art. Especially how she would experiemented with the metals to create wonderful pieces.
